Agreement to Terms

Services Offered

CoachedByArpit provides online fitness coaching, body transformation programs, nutrition guidance, and related consultation services. All services are delivered remotely via video calls, WhatsApp, and digital documents.

Important: Our coaching services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching programs are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be shared with or transferred to another person
Results depend on your commitment, consistency, and adherence to the program. Individual results will vary
You are responsible for providing accurate health information. CoachedByArpit is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
We reserve the right to terminate a coaching relationship if a client is abusive, non-compliant, or acts in a manner inconsistent with the program's intent

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payment is required in full before access to any paid service is granted unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, program materials, meal plans, workout protocols, and any other resources — is the intellectual property of CoachedByArpit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Confidentiality

All health information, personal data, and communications shared during the coaching relationship are treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

CoachedByArpit and Arpit Kushwaha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to injury, illness, or failure to achieve desired results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
