At CoachedByArpit, we stand behind the results we deliver. This policy covers all paid services offered through this platform, including coaching programs and paid consultation sessions.
The 30-Day Results Guarantee: If you follow the program as directed and do not see measurable changes in your energy, body composition, or weight within 30 days of starting, we will refund your coaching fee in full. No awkward questions. No conditions beyond genuine program adherence.
Coaching Programs
For all coaching programs (including YPT90 and any other transformation programs):
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the program start date
- To be eligible, you must have followed the protocol as directed — including completing weekly check-ins and implementing the recommended nutrition and lifestyle changes
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the program start date under any circumstances
Paid Consultation Sessions
For any paid one-on-one consultation or strategy sessions:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable
- If a session is cancelled by CoachedByArpit for any reason, a full refund will be issued or the session will be rescheduled at your convenience
- If you enrol in a coaching program after a paid consultation, the consultation fee will be adjusted against your program fee — you pay nothing extra for the consultation
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable resources, meal plans, or PDF protocols once delivered
- Any portion of a program after the 30-day guarantee window has passed
- Sessions or programs where the client has not followed the prescribed protocol

Changes to This Policy
CoachedByArpit reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
